POLYURETHANE CONCRETE LIFTING IS A QUICK AND ECONOMICAL WAY TO CORRECT SETTLED AND UNSTABLE CONCRETE!!

WHY CONCRETE RAISING WORKS

Poor soil conditions, improper back-filling, and/or poor drainage are the main causes of settling and uneven concrete. This can lead to safety hazards and expensive replacement costs if the problem is not remedied. Polyurethane concrete raising can help stabilize these poor conditions all while filling voids and leveling the concrete at the same time.

OUR PROCESS

We inject a 2 part polyurethane liquid through dime sized holes that are drilled strategically into the concrete. As the material mixes, it reacts and expands causing the concrete to lift and level. Once the concrete is leveled the holes are repaired and the slab is ready to be used with minimal downtime and disruption.

RAISING IT VS REPLACING IT

Why pay the high cost of removing and replacing your concrete when you can have it raised for less than half the cost? Replacement is messy and expensive and leaves you with unusable area for days at a time.  Concrete raising is safer, cleaner, faster, and the most cost effective way to repair your concrete. We can raise driveways, sidewalks, interior floors, roadways, etc. and most repairs are completed the same day.

POLYURETHANE CONCRETE LIFTING VS MUDJACKING

Using Polyurethane concrete raising over traditional mudjacking has many advantages. Polyurethane weighs 2-4 pounds per cubic foot compared to 100-150 pounds per cubic foot of traditional mud, making polyurethane material much less likely to overburden unstable soil. The injection holes are much smaller (the size of a dime) making the repair almost invisible. Polyurethane reaches most of its strength within minutes making the slab usable as soon as the job is completed. It also is Eco-friendly and doesn't shrink over time.
